11:11 Systems is seeking a Business Analyst to support the business through the Enterprise Application software development lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive the implementation of impactful software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage internal stakeholders and Business Relationship Managers to understand business problems and desired outcomes and define success criteria
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs, objectives, and constraints
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and system diagrams, to facilitate understanding and collaboration among stakeholders
- Work closely with Enterprise Application team to design and validate software solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with quality assurance/testing teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and testing plans based on business requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, providing support to business users and assisting in the resolution of issues and defects
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of business analysis experience required
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall required
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation required
- Strong written skills, to document requirements and process instructions, with skills in MS Word & PowerPoint, with intermediate level skill in MS Excel are required
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership/responsibility and can work with minimal oversight
- Willingness to work shifted hours to support the global business as required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with enterprise applications (Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow) preferred
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
