The Customer Service Sales Specialist will support attendees and partners by providing information about event participation, managing customer issues, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring a personalized experience. This remote role involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and service processes.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, providing accurate information about event participation, packages, and services while ensuring a high-end, personalized experience
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions, guide prospective participants through registration and upgrade options, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer issues from initial contact to resolution, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Contribute feedback to refine communication scripts, enhance service processes, and support pre-event and post-event customer engagement campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on clear, courteous, and solution-oriented communication
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction, with an ability to anticipate needs and tailor responses to high-profile clientele
- Professional Phone Etiquette and comfort handling calls, video meetings, and digital communications in a polished, confident manner
- Proven sales aptitude, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing or upselling in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-organization, and reliability in meeting deadlines and targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, video conferencing, spreadsheets)
- Prior experience in luxury, events, hospitality, or high-net-worth client services is preferred but not required
