Technical Program Manager- Marketing

Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager specializing in Marketing. This role involves leading product development teams and ensuring successful project execution through effective planning and coordination, particularly in marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily planning and management tasks, including team standups, project tooling maintenance, and meeting facilitation
• Organize and lead program meetings and follow-ups involving engineers, product managers, decision scientists, business analysts, and business engineers
• Partner with teams to develop and execute tactical plans that support key project objectives and roadmap deliverables
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project blockers and risks to ensure continuous progress

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience
• Proactivity and ownership with abstract situations
• Proven experience leading projects
• Experience in Marketing
• Experience in Analytics
• Experience in Scrum
• Big tech company experience
• Comfort with Jira as you will be working with data engineers/scientists
