Retail Insights is hiring ambitious fresh graduates for the role of US IT Sales Executive to support and grow their IT staffing, consulting, and technology services business in the United States market. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective US clients, and driving revenue growth in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential US clients across industries requiring IT staffing, consulting, or software solutions
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with US decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, HR Leaders) via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, presentations, and solution pitches
- Requirement Gathering: Understand client IT needs, staffing requirements, and project specifications to propose suitable offerings
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, activities, and opportunity status on a regular basis
- Coordination with Delivery Team: Collaborate with the technical and recruitment teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of client requirements
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity-based targets
- Market Research: Monitor trends in the US IT market, competitor offerings, and emerging technology demands to sharpen sales strategy
- Proposal & Documentation: Assist in creating client proposals, capability decks, and sales collateral tailored to US clients
