Yahoo is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Performance Marketing Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end campaign operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to established standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimization
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, timelines, and success metrics
- Build and manage audience segments and targeting configurations
- Coordinate creative asset development, approvals, and launch readiness across teams
- Perform campaign QA and troubleshoot targeting, configuration, and delivery issues
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance; recommend and implement optimizations
- Develop and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Support analytics and measurement efforts using reporting and business intelligence tools
- Serve as the operational subject matter expert for campaign execution and governance
- Document workflows, requirements, and process improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve campaign quality and scalability
- Ensure campaigns adhere to established standards, approval processes, and user experience guidelines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, ad operations, or a related field
- Experience managing campaigns from planning and setup through QA, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Experience with audience targeting, campaign performance monitoring, and optimization
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with subscription, affiliate, partner, or lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with digital publishing, advertising, or monetization platforms
- Experience serving as the operational owner or subject matter expert for a campaign management platform
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Self-starter who can operate independently and proactively solve problems
