LineSlip Solutions is transforming how Fortune 1000 companies manage and leverage commercial insurance data, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth through strategic pipeline generation. The SDR will engage prospective customers by combining research, business acumen, and communication skills, while also contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and prioritize target accounts using data and intent signals
- Develop account-based outreach strategies tailored to each prospect
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline aligned with company targets
- Identify business challenges and decision drivers
- Clearly articulate LineSlip’s value
- Handle objections and guide conversations forward
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within HubSpot
- Execute outbound sequences using modern tools
- Achieve and exceed activity and pipeline KPIs
- Operate with strong organization and attention to detail
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to generate pipeline from cold outbound
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Ability to think critically and adapt in conversations
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Gong, or Clay
- Understanding of modern outbound (account-based, signal-based prospecting)
- Ability to frame conversations and handle objections effectively
- Strong listening skills and ability to translate insights into next steps
- SaaS experience and/or exposure to commercial insurance preferred
