Requirements

5 or more years of experience in enterprise software development with at least 2 years managing agile engineering teams.

Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX administration, including IVA (Intelligent Virtual Agent) and botflow development.

Experience with orchestrating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in cloud-based development environments.

Experience in designing, developing, and managing RESTful application programming interfaces (APIs).

Experience with troubleshooting and configuring enterprise network telephony systems and firewall architectures.

Experience in enforcing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, automated testing, and peer code reviews.

Excellent communication and structured problem-solving skills to mentor technical developers and collaborate with business owners.
Job Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, customer-centric voice and digital interaction solutions using the Genesys Cloud CX platform.

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of five software developers, driving skill development planning and performance discussions.

Direct the configuration, maintenance, and systematic optimization of intelligent customer experience automations and botflows.

Enforce high coding standards, robust development documentation, and structured peer code reviews to ensure system maintainability.

Partner with product owners and scrum masters to align technical resources and successfully meet agile delivery timelines.

Identify developmental skill gaps and orchestrate cross-training plans to guarantee operational redundancy and platform resilience.

Guide the integration of APIs and DevOps pipeline processes to accelerate platform automation and feature releases.
