Take lead on recruitment of additional resources as we grow the sales presence in the US in the future.
Develop net new business and expand existing book of business
Represent Elliptic in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions
Build out strategic territory plan, prospect, and manage full sales cycle
Prospect and generate high quality leads
Develop custom proposals with the help of the strategy team
Conduct in person presentations and product demos
Negotiate terms and close the business
As applicable, work alongside Client Services to develop deeper relationships and upsell to set and hit aggressive revenue goals
Requirements
5+ years managing sales teams executing business with 50-250K ACV’s
10+ years full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
Ability to manage business strategy and pipeline with both high velocity short sales cycle MM business as well as complex long sales cycle high dollar ENT business.
Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of generating net new business, and coaching team members in techniques to do the same.
Demonstrated track record of individual & team success and quota over achievement
