SAP Basis Cloud Architect - RISE with SAP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Cloud Architect with strong expertise in SAP landscape design, cloud architecture, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and RISE with SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition (PCE), cloud migration planning, and hyperscaler platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

The candidate will be responsible for assessing customer landscapes, defining migration strategies, designing cloud architectures, and leading end-to-end SAP cloud transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA cloud adoption and migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP landscape assessment, cloud migration planning, and architecture design activities.
• Support customer onboarding from on-premises SAP environments to SAP RISE with SAP platforms including:
  • Private Cloud Edition (PCE)
  • PCE Transition (PCE_TO)
  • PCE_TO EOS
  • HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC)
• Design and propose end-to-end migration roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private and Public Edition deployments.
• Develop detailed migration plans, project timelines, and delivery schedules for Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Act as the primary technical consultant and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SAP cloud migration projects.
• Design SAP cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Collaborate with customers, executives, and key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and solution recommendations.
• Support SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) migration programs and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Manage SAP infrastructure components including:
  • Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Storage Management
  • File Systems
  • Capacity Planning & Sizing
  • Backup and Recovery Solutions
• Configure and manage database backup, file system backup, and disaster recovery solutions across cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and operational excellence guidelines.
• Support SAP HANA and SAP Basis administration activities in cloud environments.
