Industrial construction planning: Whether Greenfield or Brownfield, you develop production and logistics halls as well as modern office spaces with a focus on functionality, efficiency and future viability.
End-to-end responsibility: You manage projects holistically across all service phases (LPH 1–5), including coordination, design planning, coordination with authorities and factory planners, and client representation.
Compliance with cost and quality standards: You assess construction costs according to DIN 276 and are familiar with state building regulations. You ensure that generally accepted technical standards (such as ASR guidelines or fire protection regulations) are observed.
Shaping overall planning: You act as the central contact for the client, organise expert reports, obtain permits and think across disciplines. In doing so, you work closely with our experienced senior architect and share your knowledge within the organisation.
