World Urban Planning Education Network (WUPEN) is seeking a UI/UX Manager to lead the design efforts for their intelligent official website and related projects. The role involves refining user experiences, coordinating visual designs for various communications, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure effective design implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX interaction design, UI visual design, and event-related graphic design for WUPEN’s intelligent official website and related urban innovation projects
- Refine and optimize user experience based on product prototypes, and produce PRDs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design deliverables
- Coordinate visual design for brand communication, event materials, competition posters, brochures, digital exhibitions, and other promotional assets
- Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, and operations teams to ensure effective design implementation and continuous experience iteration
- Build and maintain unified design systems and component libraries to support multilingual and cross-platform products and brand communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in design, digital media, visual communication, human-computer interaction, or related fields
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, with both UI and UX capabilities
- Experience in website, platform, or education product design, with a strong understanding of user experience, interaction logic, and visual layout
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- A portfolio is required
- Experience with Figma or Sketch
- Skills in motion design, 3D design, video editing, or experience in smart city or education-related projects
- Outstanding recent graduates may also be considered
