Drive achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory, including increased penetration of accounts through product, solution, and service offerings.
Provide product sales support through effective positioning and compelling presentations.
Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to meet or exceed business goals and budget targets.
Establish, grow, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels.
Ensure Account Executives are well-versed in X-Ray product offerings to effectively drive business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in sales or as a product specialist; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability or strong desire to master the sales process, including quota management, pipeline development, lead qualification, and business conversion.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business and project objectives.
In-depth knowledge of X-Ray products or relevant technical/engineering background (preferred).
Experience in capital equipment sales, preferably within the healthcare sector (preferred).
