They are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify prospects, conduct outreach, build relationships, and schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified prospects
- Build targeted prospect lists
- Maintain CRM records
- Research target organizations and decision-makers
- Send personalized email campaigns
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule discovery meetings
- Follow up with prospects
- Maintain consistent communication cadence
- Generate qualified leads
- Book product demonstrations

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn professionally
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new software
- SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, recruiting, customer success, or business development experience
- SaaS experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
