D.F. Richard Energy is seeking a Senior Director of Global Market Strategy to develop and coordinate their global market entry strategy and growth path. This role involves macro-market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and resource integration to drive sustained growth in key international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's global and key regional (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, etc.) market growth strategies
- Identify high-potential markets, industry opportunities, and emerging business growth points
- Construct medium- to long-term market entry (GTM) and expansion paths
- Continuously track global macroeconomic trends, industry trends, and policy changes
- Establish a competitor analysis system and output strategic insight reports
- Assess the commercial feasibility and return on investment in different markets
- Collaborate with regional business teams to promote the implementation of strategies
- Optimize global resource allocation and improve cross-regional collaboration efficiency
- Support the formulation of localized market strategies (pricing, channels, product adaptation)
- Design global growth models and revenue forecasting frameworks
- Drive new market entry strategies (joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, cooperation, etc.)
- Support major business projects and strategic investment decisions
- Regularly report global market performance and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Provide strategic analysis support to the board of directors and investors
- Lead global strategic meetings and cross-departmental decision-making mechanisms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 25+ years of experience in strategic planning, market strategy, or management consulting
- At least 15+ years of senior management or regional leadership experience
- Global market insight and macro-strategic thinking ability
- Data analysis and business modeling ability
- Cross-cultural management and organizational coordination ability
- Excellent business judgment and decision-making ability
- MBA or international business school background
- Specialization: Economics, Finance, Strategic Management, International Trade or related fields
- Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or global business
- Background in consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
