ICANotes LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be pivotal in connecting potential customers with their innovative Behavioral Health EHR solutions. The role involves engaging with prospects through strategic outreach, building relationships, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns using Zoho CRM, cold calling, and email communication
- Connect with prospective customers and introduce ICANotes solutions
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects
- Present ICANotes products and services as solutions aligned with customer goals
- Communicate product value clearly and effectively
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads through consistent follow-up and engagement
- Build trust and rapport with prospects through ongoing communication
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales development process
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers
- Accurately document activities and prospect interactions within CRM systems
- Transition qualified opportunities to sales closers for further engagement
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve SDR processes and playbooks
- Share successful outreach strategies and best practices
- Contribute ideas that enhance lead generation and conversion efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, business development, or outreach experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable in a remote work environment
- Dedicated home office setup with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience
- Experience within the Behavioral Health or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other customer relationship management platforms
