They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments for automotive clients, and provide accurate information while maintaining quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and support outbound campaigns as needed
- Schedule service appointments for automotive dealership clients
- Identify caller needs and provide accurate information about services
- Accurately document call details and update customer records in real time
- Follow company scripts and procedures for a consistent caller experience
- Escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate
- Maintain quality assurance standards and complete ongoing client training
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call
Requirements:
- G.E.D. or higher
- At least one year of call center or customer service experience
- Comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems simultaneously
- Basic familiarity with computers, software, and general technology
- Strong verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and easy to understand
- Solid written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
