STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, and they are seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to own new business development across Florida. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals independently in the HOA and condo property management space, while also building relationships with various customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business across Florida — from first outreach to signed contract
- Actively call on and build relationships across the full market in your territory — each segment requires a tailored approach:
- Engage portfolio managers and regional directors overseeing multiple HOA and condo associations
- Target high-unit developments where operational complexity makes the ROI case for AI clearest
- Reach HOA boards running their own operations; educate, consult, and convert a largely untapped segment
- Conduct product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI and operational efficiency gains for HOA managers, boards, and executives
- Attend local trade shows, industry events, and HOA conferences in Florida to establish STAN as the name in your territory
- Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn social selling — you keep your own funnel full across all three target segments
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving property managers, HOA boards, and executives through to close
- Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
- Share market intelligence from all segments directly with our Product team to help shape the roadmap
