7+ years of experience supporting Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or other APM platforms.
Strong experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability tools.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, administration, and monitoring.
Experience migrating applications and infrastructure monitoring between APM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environments.
Experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of system performance monitoring and OS-level diagnostic tools.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of incident management, SLA management, and production support.
Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions.
