TRULEO is a company that provides an AI agent platform for law enforcement agencies, enhancing the usability of existing systems. They are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to conduct high-volume prospecting, generate users, and book qualified meetings with law enforcement agencies across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling, email, and multi-channel outreach to law enforcement agencies across the United States
- Research target agencies and identify the right decision-makers (chiefs, sheriffs, investigations commanders, IT leadership)
- Run a disciplined cadence: dials, follow-ups, and multi-touch sequences over weeks, not single attempts
- Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly meetings-set targets
- Maintain hygiene in HubSpot. Every contact, every disposition, every next step logged in real time
- Partner closely with marketing and pre-sales on handoff so meetings show up qualified and everyone knows what they’re walking into
- Represent Truleo professionally to senior agency leaders. You are often their first impression of the company
