TurnPoint Services is a company focused on automation solutions, and they are seeking an Automation Project Manager to lead various projects and initiatives. The role involves managing project timelines, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring successful execution of automation and transformation projects within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence, drive accountability, and achieve results without direct authority
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar field service management platforms
- Understanding of field service operations, dispatching, technician workflows, customer experience, and operational processes within service-based organizations
- Ability to travel up to 20% throughout the United States
- Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working within a PMO, EPMO, Center of Excellence (COE), or Center of Automation (COA)
- Experience partnering with vendor-supported, outsourced, or third-party delivery teams
- Experience in Home Services, Field Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Services, Construction Services, or other technician-driven organizations strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multi-location operations and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience working within a private equity-backed organization is a plus
Requirements:
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Program Coordinator, PMO professional, or similar role
- Proven success leading automation, technology, process improvement, digital transformation, or business transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Other relevant project management or Agile certifications
- Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
