Electrical Project Manager

Agile Global Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple medium-to-high complexity projects within a structured enterprise PMO environment. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, and maintaining compliance with governance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent IT and business projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource forecasts
• Drive project execution by proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates
• Collaborate with business owners, technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery strategies
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Coordinate resource planning and negotiate priorities within a matrixed organization
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, documentation standards, and audit requirements
• Support organizational readiness, change management, and project adoption activities
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools to improve delivery efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing IT, business, or enterprise projects
• Experience working within a formal PMO and structured governance framework
• Proven success managing medium-to-large projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience in matrixed organizations with shared resources
• Strong expertise in: Project Planning & Scheduling, Risk & Issue Management, Budget & Forecast Management, Stakeholder Communication, Vendor Management, Executive Reporting
• Proficiency with: Microsoft Project, Jira (or similar project management tools)
• Experience using Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
• PMP Certification
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as: Electric Utilities, Energy, Power Systems, ISO/RTO Organizations, Healthcare, Financial Services, Government
• Experience supporting: Grid Operations, Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA Projects, Market Systems, Customer Portals, Regulatory & Compliance Initiatives
• Agile, Scrum, Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Certifications
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery and productivity
