Job Description - Business Systems Analyst II (Oracle EBS Finance)
The IT Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (BSA) II is an intermediate-level role responsible for enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and issue management. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, leading testing efforts, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise System Issue Management
- Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions
- Perform configuration changes and system customizations
- Act as first point of contact for IT system issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Enterprise System Implementation & Enhancements
- Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and workflows
- Analyze data flows and develop integration and mapping strategies
- Collaborate with developers on system customizations
- Develop and execute test plans (functional and regression)
- Manage change requests, releases, and stakeholder communications
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
