We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to spearhead our enterprise integration strategy. In this role, you will own, define, and govern the end-to-end technical architecture across Oracle Fusion applications. You will ensure seamless integration, robust data flow, top-tier security, and optimal performance across a complex enterprise landscape.
As a strategic leader, you will design scalable integration patterns, establish development standards, and build reusable frameworks that connect Oracle Fusion Cloud with a vast ecosystem of external systems.
End-to-End Ownership: Own the integration architecture across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, Projects) and external ecosystems (CRM, banking, tax, HR tech, and data platforms).
Integration Modeling: Define canonical models and diverse integration patterns (OIC app-driven, orchestration, scheduled, file-based, event-driven, streaming, and real-time APIs).
Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce global integration development standards covering naming conventions, versioning, error handling, logging, retries, idempotency, and bulk vs. real-time processing.
Blueprint Creation: Author and socialize High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and API specifications.
Design Reviews: Lead rigorous technical design reviews to guarantee reusability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Security Architecture: Define and implement robust security protocols, including OAuth2, JWT, certificates, mTLS, key rotation, secrets management, role-based access control (RBAC), and data masking.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Align with Enterprise Architects, Program/Delivery Leads, and functional module architects (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects).
Team Empowerment: Run interactive integration workshops, coach and mentor developers, and curate a reusable asset library (adapters, mappings, and frameworks).
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience, with a heavy focus on enterprise-level integration architecture and Oracle ecosystems.
Oracle Expertise: Deep technical mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HCM Extracts, and OTBI/BI Publisher.
Architectural Depth: Proven track record designing cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and large-scale data synchronization strategies.
Security Savvy: Strong hands-on understanding of modern identity and security frameworks (OAuth, mTLS, encryption).
Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
