They are seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business growth, support talent management, and drive organizational development in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with team leaders to understand the business needs and goals and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goals
- Identify the needs of the business (qualitative and quantitative) considering business growth, attrition and risk and proactively finding solutions
- Act as a coach, challenger, and contributor to the leadership team; providing guidance on decisions and leadership capabilities
- Lead initiatives specifically for leadership development
- Support our workforce planning to ensure effectiveness, business goals alignment and scale -up
- Manage our performance review and feedback cycles to drive organizational performance excellence
- Partner with managers on performance management to keep our standards and ensure they have the tools to manage their teams effectively
- Build our career development framework and implement career tracks and personal development plans
- Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, and identifying future skill set needs
- Drive change management programs and provide support to the team leaders' group in delivering effective organizational transformations
- Embedding TRG’s core values into our day-to-day practices and decision-making frameworks to make our culture tangible, measurable, and aligned with our business goals
- Design and implement scalable HR solutions that support rapid business growth and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and implement initiatives (engagement, compensation, benefits, recognition) that support a global mindset and high retention
- Partner with our employee experience to identify skills gaps, support the team performance and personal growth
- Partner with employee experience to support the employee Journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations
