Tandem Physical Therapy is a fast-growing clinic specializing in empowering adults to stay active and healthy. They are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for new leads, manage their database, and support the customer service team by scheduling appointments and following up with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently communicate the value of our services over the phone, email, or in-person
- Handle objections with ease and guide prospects toward informed decisions
- Schedule appointments, ensuring clients are excited and fully prepared before their visit
- Keep detailed, accurate records in our CRM system and tracking sheets
- Help maximize clinic efficiency by organizing schedules for optimal patient flow and revenue
- Occasionally acting as a virtual admin when additional phone support is needed
- Quickly reaching out to leads who engage with our marketing
- Regularly following up with and nurturing leads who may not be ready to book an immediate appointment
- Participate in weekly training sessions and accountability meetings
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and connect with prospects
- Scheduling flexibility such that you can support our on-site customer service team through phone coverage
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and excited to take on challenges and grow with the team
- Day-time availability
- Required materials: a computer, access to reliable and consistent internet, headphones with a microphone, and a cell phone as needed to make outbound calls through our VoIP app
- Experience with online CRM systems is a plus
- KPI-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
