Technical Co-Founder

Pilotcrew AI is an innovative company focused on building infrastructure for AI Agent Evaluation. They are seeking a Technical Co-Founder to lead the technical vision, product development, and engineering execution, working closely with the founding team to shape the product and long-term strategy while scaling the company.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Pilotcrew AI
• Design scalable and reliable platform architecture
• Make critical technology, infrastructure, and product decisions
• Build and ship core platform capabilities for AI evaluation and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with customers to translate needs into product features
• Drive rapid experimentation and product iteration
• Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and evaluation pipelines
• Build infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise AI workloads
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance across the platform
• Stay at the forefront of developments in LLMs, agents, AI evaluation, and MLOps
• Contribute to technical innovation and product differentiation
• Evaluate emerging technologies and research opportunities
• Help recruit and mentor future engineering talent
• Establish engineering culture, processes, and best practices
• Build a world-class technical organization over time
