Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevOps engineers
Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Drive the adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
Implement and enforce security best practices within the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration throughout the software development lifecycle
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline routine tasks
Act as a subject matter expert, providing advanced troubleshooting for complex issues

7+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role
2+ years of experience in a technical lead or senior-level capacity, providing technical direction and mentorship
In-depth, hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and/or ARM
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD concepts and tools
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (AKS)
Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Expert-level knowledge of Git and repository management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
