About this role
Quadric IT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in ERP Logistics & Supply Chain Applications. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, optimize logistics and supply chain operations, and support ERP implementation and enhancement projects across global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Support ERP solutions across logistics and supply chain functions
- Work with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Odoo
- Support modules including MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, TM, and LE
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes and system performance
- Assist with ERP integrations, testing, training, and user support
- Participate in supply chain planning initiatives using tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, or O9
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in ERP Logistics & Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and distribution processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP platforms
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ERP integrations and business process optimization
- Experience with SAP Fiori, AI-enabled ERP solutions, and advanced supply chain planning tools
