KENTECH Consulting Inc. is an award-winning background technology screening company seeking a Head of Growth Marketing. The role involves building, testing, and scaling systems to convert small business owners into loyal customers, focusing on executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and managing a team to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the growth architect for eKnowID — building, testing, and scaling the systems that turn curious small business owners into paying, loyal customers
- Your first 90 days are focused on three things: activate the win-back campaign, build the outbound pipeline, and launch paid social
- Deploy the 7-email win-back campaign to 691 segmented lapsed accounts
- Build Engine 1/2 outbound pipeline
- Launch Engine 3 paid social
- Own HubSpot end-to-end
- Scale winning Engine 3 ad creatives
- Expand outbound to Tier 2 verticals
- Launch SEO strategy targeting high-intent SMB hiring and background check keywords
- Direct content team on blog posts, resource guides, and video content aligned to validated buyer personas
- Build referral program leveraging reactivated and new customers
- Develop and refine brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels
- Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities in SMB, HR tech, and staffing communities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience with a proven track record tied to revenue outcomes — not impressions, not followers. Show us the revenue numbers
- HubSpot expert. Deep proficiency in workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. This is our CRM — you must own it
- Demonstrated SMB marketing success (B2B). You understand how small business owners buy: fast decisions, trust-driven, price-sensitive but value-responsive
- Paid media operator. Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You've managed $5K+/month budgets and optimized to CPA targets
- Cold outbound experience. You've built and run email sequences, managed SDR workflows, and know the difference between a spray-and-pray blast and a targeted, trigger-based campaign
- AI-native operator. You actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and automated workflows to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and decision-making. This is an AI-forward organization — you champion adoption, not just tolerate it
- Exceptional copywriter. Subject lines, landing pages, ad copy, email sequences — you can produce compelling copy that converts
- Experience re-engaging dormant customer lists and building win-back campaigns
- Background in HR tech, SaaS, legal/compliance, fintech, or insurance
- B2G (business-to-government) experience
- SEO proficiency (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent)
- Light HTML/CSS comfort for quick website and landing page edits
- Google Analytics and Search Console fluency
