Arabic-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote in California

Percepta is a global consulting and technology company, and they are seeking an Arabic-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support consumers with their healthcare benefit needs. The role involves engaging with customers, resolving questions, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their needs
• Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions
• Provide clear, accurate information to help consumers navigate healthcare options
• Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism
• Follow a set schedule, including designated breaks and lunches

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer's needs
• Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
• A distraction free, designated home workspace
• A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
