Abacus.AI is looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to help build their sales pipeline through strategic cold calling and lead generation. This role involves working closely with Senior SDRs and Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts to build robust sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and consistently meet/exceed monthly activity and conversion metrics
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (Class of 2024-2026) from a top-tier university with 3.5+ GPA
- Exceptional communication skills with resilience and coachability
- Self-motivated, competitive mindset with strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
- Previous cold calling, sales, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
