Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Test Specialist / Salesforce QA Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce platform testing, Service Cloud QA, and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test development and execution within Salesforce environments, creating test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements and user stories. Candidate should possess strong QA fundamentals with experience in functional, regression, end-to-end, data integrity, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test planning, strategy, and execution for Salesforce applications
- Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements
- Perform hands-on test development and execution on Salesforce platform
- Support Service Cloud QA testing, functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
- Automate test scenarios using tools like Tosca/Selenium
- Manage defect lifecycle, triage, reporting, and root cause analysis
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, SMEs, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality governance, test coverage, environment management, and go/no-go decisions
