Responsibilities:
- Prospect into financial institutions, fintechs, and emerging payments players
- Break into new accounts through thoughtful, persistent outreach
- Turn conversations into real opportunities with defined business problems and next steps
- Apply clear qualification standards before creating or advancing opportunities
- Confirm business need, urgency, and alignment to i2c solutions
- Partner with Sales Executives and Sales Engineering early to validate direction
- Manage your funnel from first outreach through Qualify stage
- Ensure every opportunity you create is complete, accurate, and ready to progress
- Take accountability for conversion, not just meetings booked
- Maintain clean, reliable data in Salesforce from day one
- Follow defined workflows, stage criteria, and handoff standards
- Continuously improve your approach based on performance and feedback
- Execute proven outreach strategies, messaging, and objection handling
- Bring back insights from the field to improve how we go to market
- Test new approaches and iterate quickly
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting
- Proven ability to create pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead early-stage discovery
- High attention to detail with disciplined execution
- You do not wait for direction, you create it
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and figure things out fast
- You care about outcomes, not just activity
