Minitab is a software company focused on standardizing data collection across manufacturing operations. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to work with manufacturers in their digital transformation journey, delivering complex software solutions and driving long-term customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Work with growing manufacturers at every stage of their digital transformation maturity level
- Help customers establish a shared data foundation with best in class analytics that drives consistent improvement and confident decision-making end to end
- Uncover customer’s unique business problems that lead to a winning outcome for both Minitab and customers
- Deliver on goals and objectives, winning deals and maintaining a consistent track record of 100%+ achievement on assigned quotas
- Value based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over 6-9 month sales cycles
- Manage time and effectively manage territory while working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow through to drive software license, maintenance and services revenue
Requirements:
- Intellectually curious and seeks to uncover customer's unique business problems
- Passionate about delivering on goals and objectives, winning deals with a consistent track record of 100%+ achievement on assigned quotas
- Highly skilled in value based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over 6-9 month sales cycles
- Mastered time management and effectively manage territory while working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow through to drive software license, maintenance and services revenue
- Candidates must reside in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Northern California
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
