Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Call Center Associate - Investment & Retirement Services for a
contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in
Jacksonville, FL.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment handling inbound calls and inquiries
- Excellent communication skills for this client and customer facing role
- Knowledge of various investment services to resolve issues around investment, securities, fixed income, and other financial transactions.
- This is specific to investments and is not relevant to Credit Cards or Retail Banking
