They are seeking a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in AdTech to build and scale innovative products that drive measurable business impact while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- 5–10+ years of product management experience in AdTech, marketplaces, or data/optimization product
- Proven track record of building and scaling 0→1 products and driving measurable business impact
- Strong experience writing PRDs, defining requirements, and translating business needs into product solutions
- Deep experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define, track, and optimize key metrics like revenue, delivery, and utilization
- Experience working on optimization, allocation, or constraint-based systems (ads, pricing, logistics, supply-demand)
- Familiarity with ad delivery, trafficking systems, planning workflows, or yield optimization
- Experience collaborating with machine learning or forecasting teams and understanding model inputs/outputs
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps, frameworks, and product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, operations, and technical teams
- Experience using data, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive product decisions
- Ability to manage complex dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially simplifying complex systems
- Experience building platform products or systems involving real-time or near real-time decisioning
- Experience working in legacy transformation or modernization efforts replacing existing systems
