FullStack .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) and Angular

Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on, production experience in .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) and Angular, with a solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals. Candidates should have practical experience building and maintaining microservices architectures and be comfortable working with containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is required. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AKS, and related cloud-native services is strongly preferred.

Leadership & Mentorship: This role involves mentoring junior engineers, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. Responsibilities include conducting architectural reviews, leading technical initiatives, and helping establish patterns for modern development including AI-assisted tooling such as Claude Code.

Strong Communicator: As part of mentoring juniors as well as holding their teammates accountable to our standards, strong communication skills are required for success in this role.
