AllianceTek Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers across the AMER region. The role involves driving customer success, increasing product adoption, and building long-term relationships while contributing to pre-sales initiatives and customer growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless post-sales experience and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive customer engagement, product adoption, and retention through proactive training, strategic guidance, and best-practice recommendations
- Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
- Monitor customer health metrics, mitigate churn risks, and identify opportunities for expansion and increased customer value
- Partner with sales teams to support advanced sales cycles by providing product expertise, solution consulting, and business-focused recommendations
- Develop pre-sales materials, presentations, prototypes, and technical documentation while supporting customer pilots from onboarding through successful completion
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to strengthen customer engagement and pre-sales effectiveness
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS, technology, or data-driven organization
- Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, business intelligence, or data analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies, account management, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies
- Experience building demo environments, technical sales assets, presentations, and customer-facing solution demonstrations
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
