About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers
Clearly communicate our standard, value proposition, and verification process
Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce)
Lead new customer onboarding and training
Act as the critical bridge between the field and internal teams
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing support role
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Highly organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to interpret trends and identify gaps or risks in customer data
Analytical mindset informed by data
