Role Overview
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers
- Clearly communicate our standard, value proposition, and verification process
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce)
- Lead new customer onboarding and training
- Act as the critical bridge between the field and internal teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing support role
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to interpret trends and identify gaps or risks in customer data
- Analytical mindset informed by data
