Electrical Engineer

H2Engineering, Inc. is seeking top talent in the MEP engineering community to enhance their project management and design capabilities. The Electrical Design Engineer will lead multiple teams in delivering high-quality work on commercial projects, ensuring all deliverables are met under stringent conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing commercial projects over $5 million construction cost
• Preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
• Designing building power and lighting systems for institutional, correctional, educational, medical, and/or public safety
• Preparing deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Detailed knowledge of general building construction and electrical systems
• Excellent analytical and technical skills needed
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in designing and developing commercial construction projects from concept to completion
• Revit experience
• Designing commercial projects over $5 million construction cost
• Preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
• Designing building power and lighting systems for institutional, correctional, educational, medical, and/or public safety
• Preparing deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Detailed knowledge of general building construction and electrical systems
• Excellent analytical and technical skills needed
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
• SKM or similar power systems software
