We re looking for a Marketing Lead to help execute client s US agency marketing strategy. This role is focused on turning strategy into action, executing programs and campaigns that drive understanding, consideration, and adoption of client advertising solutions across the agency ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that works closely with Product Marketing, Comms, Events, Sales, and regional Agency teams to deliver audience-first marketing for agencies, with a strong North America focus and global scale.
You will play a key role in shaping how client shows up to agencies, scaling proven programs, and ensuring consistency across markets. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Agency and Partner Marketing and is a core contributor to Global Business Marketing priorities.
What you ll do:
Execute Agency Marketing Strategy:
Bring client s agency marketing strategy to life through campaigns, programs, and always-on initiatives that drive engagement, education, and growth.
Own Agency Campaigns End-to-End:
Plan and execute integrated global and North America campaigns across product launches and evergreen programs, from brief through launch and optimization.
Build Agency-First Narratives:
Develop clear, compelling messaging and storytelling rooted in agency needs and realities, positioning client as a strategic and credible partner.
Champion the Agency Voice:
Ground marketing plans in real agency insights and feedback, ensuring agency perspectives are reflected across content, experiences, and campaigns.
Partner Across client:
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Insights, Events, and regional teams to align messaging, positioning, and execution for agencies.
Scale with Consistency:
Create and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks that enable consistent agency marketing across regions, channels, and surfaces.
Measure and Optimize:
Define success metrics, track performance, and apply insights to improve effectiveness over time, with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
Stay Close to the Agency Landscape:
Monitor agency trends, operating models, and industry shifts to inform programs and evolve client s agency marketing approach.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong storytelling skills, with experience translating insights, product information, and data into clear, compelling, client-facing marketing materials.
- Proven ability to independently drive projects from brief to delivery, while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with experience building agency-facing narratives, programs, and campaigns that strengthen brand perception and consideration.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize inputs and apply insights to improve outcomes.

- Experience using data and performance insights to inform decisions, optimize programs, and demonstrate impact.
- Hands-on experience guiding creative development for campaigns, presentations, sales enablement, content, and other marketing assets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, agency, media, or advertising-related marketing.
- Experience building and executing marketing programs that resonate with agency audiences, ideally within advertising, media, or technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution, manage complexity, and deliver high-quality work across multiple initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and how agencies engage with advertising platforms.
- Passion for advertising, creativity, and the evolving media landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Events, and regional teams.
- Data-informed marketer who is comfortable using insights and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience developing agency-facing materials and narratives.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, media strategy, and performance measurement.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region marketing programs.
- Track record of contributing to successful agency-facing campaigns, programs, or go-to-market efforts.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments with changing priorities.
