Finanshels is a technology-driven platform providing Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Audit, and CFO services. They are seeking an Analytics, GTM & Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale data-driven growth engines across various marketing channels, leveraging AI-powered workflows and driving measurable growth through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end GTM (Go-To-Market) and AI-powered growth workflows
- Build and orchestrate multi-tool automation workflows using modern AI and marketing platforms
- Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and lead generation
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Set up and execute outbound growth campaigns through cold email and LinkedIn automation platforms such as HeyReach
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics using Google Tag Manager (GTM), CAPI, and related tools
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to maximize campaign performance and conversion rates
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key growth and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or GTM roles
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies
- Expertise in technical SEO and website optimization
- Proven success in driving SEO, GEO, and AEO outcomes
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Experience setting up and scaling cold email and HeyReach campaigns
- Expertise in analytics, tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement
- Proficiency with tools such as Surfer SEO, Jasper, OpenAI, Claude, Replit, Originality.ai, Relay, Apollo, Ahrefs, Make, and similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation mindset
