Geotechnical Engineer

InGenivm Group is a leading international testing, inspection, and certification company seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its growing ground engineering team. The successful candidate will lead and support a wide range of geotechnical engineering projects, providing technical expertise and mentoring junior staff while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and delivering geotechnical site investigations
• Interpreting ground investigation data and producing detailed reports
• Designing foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks solutions
• Providing geotechnical advice to multidisciplinary project teams
• Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and client communication
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
• Chartered or working towards chartership (ICE or equivalent)
• Strong experience in ground investigation and geotechnical design
• Proficiency with industry software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, or similar)
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
