Role Overview
- Supervise the IT and functional team, plan and execute daily activities
- Manage resource allocation and budgets based on project needs
- Create and customize ERP software to meet specific business needs
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with other business systems
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems
- Manage and maintain data integrity within the ERP system
- Train end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system
- Implement system upgrades and perform regular maintenance
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency
- Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards and security protocols.
Requirements
- Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations
- Deep knowledge of the X++ programming language
- Experience with Azure DevOps / VSTS
- Problem solving orientation.
- Ability to relate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Agile logic will be an asset.
