Tekion Corp is a company focused on delivering strategic customer engagements in the SaaS domain. The Project Engagement Manager will manage customer-facing engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and program execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing engagements, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives
- Acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Coordinates cross-functional delivery efforts across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services
- Tracks engagement health, risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Supports executive briefings, status reporting, and change management throughout engagements
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term client success
- Contributes to best practices, templates, and methodologies used in customer engagement management
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as engagement management, program delivery, or consulting
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional programs or enterprise customer engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong planning, communication, and risk management skills
- Familiarity with CRM and delivery tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise delivery environments
- PMP, CSM, or other certifications are a plus
