GenomOncology is based in Cleveland, OH and is dedicated to transforming fragmented data into confident decisions in precision oncology. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of client and internal projects, ensuring quality processes are adhered to while collaborating with various teams to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project plans for enterprise projects
- Collaborate with Account Manager to manage the day-to-day status and communications with GO clients on projects and product implementations
- Facilitate communications between clients and Application Engineers regarding matters ranging from user experience, service issues, and technical requirements
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful attainment of client goals and objectives and exceed client expectations
- Facilitate (co-facilitate with Account Manager) status meetings with clients
- Collaborate with Product Specialist to define project requirements and designs, test and verify new features & bug fixes, and coordinate product deployments
- Update the GO Resource Planning sheet on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with and manage project plans for the GO Product Development group, bringing new solutions to the GO suite of products
- Ensure GO documentation is maintained and inventoried for ongoing use
- Serve as de facto Account Manager on small and/or stable accounts
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Project Management experience managing multiple software projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Possess servant leadership mentality and approach to deliver high touch, first-class client service internally and externally
- Working knowledge and moderate proficiency of Google Application Suite and MS Office applications, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, IT, Engineering or health science
- Experience working with quality management systems
- Experience with Atlassian product suite (JIRA, confluence, etc.)
- Experience with project planning software (SmartSheet, MS Project, etc.)
