They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to identify prospects and book meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting activities
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting efforts
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and uncover business challenges
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM
- Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a rapidly growing company
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Healthcare, pharmacy, SaaS, or technology experience is a plus
