Role Overview
- Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals
- Perform quick tire inspections
- Identify and explain tire related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Support store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience, automotive experience preferred
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts
- Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems
