They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will work closely with non-technical stakeholders to design practical solutions and rapidly build prototypes using modern development tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders and non-technical executives to understand business problems and desired outcomes
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into clear technical requirements and solution designs
- Ask the right questions to uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria without relying on deeply technical discussions
- Rapidly build working prototypes and business applications using modern development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted ("vibe coding") approaches
- Evaluate and recommend the right mix of SaaS products, custom development, and integrations to achieve business outcomes quickly
- Deliver functional solutions with a strong focus on speed-to-outcome and business value
- Identify gaps between a rapidly developed ("vibe coded") application and a production-grade system
- Clearly articulate production-readiness requirements—including scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring—to Full Stack Engineering teams
- Collaborate with engineers to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Drive projects forward despite ambiguity, changing requirements, or technical obstacles
- Demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness without getting blocked by minor technical challenges
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a related role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently find paths to solutions
- Proven ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical designs
- Hands-on experience building applications, prototypes, workflows, or automation solutions
- Experience using modern development frameworks, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted development tools
- Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and SaaS ecosystems
- Ability to quickly evaluate technical trade-offs and make practical solution recommendations
- Strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals and production system requirements
- Experience identifying why prototype or vibe-coded applications fail in production and understanding how to address those gaps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Strong execution mindset with a demonstrated ability to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes under uncertainty
