Lead Sage Intacct-related workstreams for acquisition integrations and tuck-in executions
Assess acquired-company contracts, billing practices, revenue arrangements, and legacy processes
Translate acquired contracts and billing models into the existing Sage Intacct structure
Support setup or migration of customer contracts, contract lines, billing schedules, revenue schedules, deferred revenue balances, and historical billing/revenue activity
Identify and resolve issues related to customer records, product mappings, contract terms, billing timing, and revenue treatment
Support catch-up billing analysis, including unbilled amounts, missed billing events, timing gaps, contract exceptions, and billing discrepancies
Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure billing and revenue treatment aligns with revenue recognition policies
Support cutover planning, data validation, reconciliations, and post-go-live issue resolution
Document integration decisions, mapping logic, process changes, and open items
Required Experience:
Deep hands-on expertise with Sage Intacct Revenue Management
Deep hands-on expertise with the Sage Intacct Contracts Module
Experience supporting acquisition integrations, ERP tuck-ins, or finance system migrations
Strong understanding of catch-up billing, deferred revenue, billing schedules, and revenue schedules
Ability to reconcile acquired-company contract, billing, and revenue data into an existing ERP environment
Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, RevOps, SalesOps, IT, and external consultants
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Salesforce-to-Sage Intacct order-to-cash processes
Experience with SaaS, fintech, payments, banking technology, or recurring revenue businesses
Experience in private equity-backed or acquisition-heavy environments
Strong Excel, data mapping, reconciliation, and integration testing skills
